Operation Manager (full-time)

1. Assist the General Manager in both the supermarket online procurement and operation.

2. Help the General Manager plan marketing, competition and development strategies for the online supermarket in accordance with the group’s overall development plan.

3. Be responsible for building and maintaining the supply chain for the online supermarket, establish a sound procurement and sales system, maintain advantageous and cooperative relationships with suppliers.

4. Make annual, quarterly, monthly and key promotion and sales plans in accordance with the group’s overall development plan.

Monitor and achieve targets.

Requirements.

At least 5 years’ experience working in a fast moving consumer, e-commerce or physical retail supermarket. This must include team management experience.
